Xel Ach is committed to delivering high-quality skincare products and a premium customer experience. At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer product exchanges within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Manufacturer Satisfaction Guarantee

Xel Ach proudly stands behind the quality of its products. For authorized online purchases made directly through xelach.com, we offer a Manufacturer Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your product purchased from xelach.com, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase for another Xel Ach product of equal or lesser value.
This guarantee applies only to purchases made through authorized Xel Ach sales channels.

Product Exchanges

Products must be exchanged at their original point of purchase. This means that if you bought your Xel Ach product at a physical store location, you must return to that same location to complete your exchange. Xel Ach products purchased online must also be exchanged by the original online vendor. To initiate an exchange of an item purchased from xelach.com, please email our customer service center within 30 days of purchase.

All exchange items must be returned:

  • In original packaging
  • With all included accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and authentication materials
  • Along with proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping or delivery charges, if applicable.

Ineligible Products & Exchange Conditions

Our customer service team is eager to assist you and find a solution to your concern as quickly as possible.

However, we do have requirements in order to process your product exchange:

  • Damaged or defaced products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Please note that all return items are the customer’s responsibility, even in transit, until the item arrives at Xel Ach safely.
  • Xel Ach does not take any responsibility for replacing items that are delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
  • All additional postage costs will be incurred at the customer’s expense.
