Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Standard Orders:
Orders placed by 11:59 PM PT will begin processing the next business day. Processing typically takes 1 business day, and delivery occurs within 5–10 business days after processing. - Expedited Orders:
Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to begin processing the same business day. Delivery time is based on the selected shipping service at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once the order has shipped.

Xelach.com offers FREE standard shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders (excluding taxes). No promotion code required.
P.O. Box Shipping
Orders shipping to U.S. P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost.
International Shipping
Xelach.com offers a flat-rate international shipping fee of $45.
Orders shipped to U.S. territories—including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands—are considered international shipments and are charged the international flat rate.
International customers are solely responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by their destination country. When ordering from xelach.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations.
Xel Ach does not collect, calculate, reimburse, or control customs duties or taxes. Customs policies vary by country—please contact your local customs office prior to placing an order for additional information.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Orders shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Due to military handling procedures, delivery may take up to 21 days.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Only one shipping address may be used per order. To ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders or contact customer service for assistance.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Xel Ach does not ship on:
- New Year’s Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders typically ship within 1 business day after processing. Shipping carriers may include FedEx or USPS, depending on destination.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of shipment, please contact customer service.
